Taking forward the ideology of bring world class products to Indian customers Daikin has set up a manufacturing unit in Neemrana, Rajasthan. Spread over the area of 42,300 square metres, with an investment of Rs. 10,299 Mn and team of more than 2800 employees, the facility has enabled the local workers to be abreast with the latest techniques, in the most efficient way.

Being always at the forefront of leading the change Daikin has endeavored towards improving the quality of work at grass root levels and is working towards nurturing the skills needed through its first all-girls batch of DJIME (Daikin Japanese Institute of Manufacturing Excellence) at Neemrana. Daikin is highly honoured to be one of the four prestigious Japanese companies to receive the certificate of accreditation and contribute towards India’s dream of social and economic development.

To equip the young minds with fine knowledge and skills, Daikin India has developed training centres, called the Daikin Centre of Excellence (CoE). It offers the students an opportunity to do their Industrial Training, and learn from the industry experts.

Daikin understands that making a difference in the lives of others requires consistent efforts towards innovation. With Research and Development as the two primary drivers of change, Daikin India has set up an Innovation Centre, with eight state-of-the-art labs, equipped with the latest tools and an investment of Rs.1000Mn. The main objective behind these labs is to provide world-class technology at the most competitive prices, while adhering to Indian centric facets.

To further strengthen the skills of Daikin’s workforce, Airconditioning Technology Development Centres (ACDC) have been set up to constantly improve workmanship and raise service standards.
