Daikin’s manufacturing plant at Neemrana, Rajasthan, aims to create products that will add comfort to the lives of people. It is supported by a network of production bases throughout the world and showcases the application of advanced technology and equipment.

At Daikin, we have an automated and centrally controlled comprehensive quality control system that manages quality and production data to facilitate high-quality production within scheduled time. Due care is taken to provide a superior, pleasant working environment that leads to superior quality production.

Reiterating its commitment to the Indian market, Daikin India commissioned its first R&D center in India at Neemrana, Rajasthan.

Lab Facilities: Operational

  • Four psychrometric labs - two labs of 3TR, one of STR & one of 11 TR are fully operational, with one multi-chamber lab or 25 lk capacity.
  • One full anechoic chamber is available for running sound tests.
  • 10 HP product reliability test lab, air flow chamber & 6 TR refrigeration lab are fully functional.

Daikin leads the way with technology and innovation

Through our quality control system and cooperative activities, Daikin ensures compliance with international quality checks and environment management standards. By reducing the supply lead time and meeting the market needs in terms of product specifications, Daikin India plans to strengthen its leadership on the Indian terrain.

The manufacturing facility follows Daikin’s Global Philosophy of being committed to the environment and is designed to fully recycle water for its operations. More than 50% of the open area is green and 34% is covered with trees and plantations. Daikin’s Neemrana facility incorporates Daikin’s global Environmental Management System (EMS) that promotes adapting procedures for refrigerant handling, resource conservation and waste management.
