  I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Daikin Airconditioning Solution Plaza located in Kharadi. Despite being a well-known brand, their service and delivery left a lot to be desired. I'm writing this review to share my frustrating experience and caution others who might consider their services. Upon contacting the store, I was assured that the remote control would be delivered promptly. However, I was left waiting for an unacceptable 30 days before it finally arrived. This kind of delay is highly inconvenient, especially when the remote control is an integral part of the product. Furthermore, the service during this entire ordeal was simply abysmal. The store representatives were unresponsive to my calls, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated. I expected better customer service from a reputable company like Daikin. The lack of urgency and communication from Daikin Airconditioning Solution Plaza only exacerbated my dissatisfaction. I felt like my concerns were brushed aside, and the delay in resolving the issue showed a lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I expected a much higher level of service. Unfortunately, my experience with Daikin Airconditioning Solution Plaza in Kharadi fell far short of my expectations. I sincerely hope that they take this feedback seriously and improve their service for the benefit of their future customers. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Daikin Airconditioning Solution Plaza in Kharadi due to the 30-day delay in delivering the remote control and the overall poor service I encountered. It's essential for businesses to prioritize timely deliveries and provide satisfactory customer support. As a result of this experience, I will be hesitant to engage with Daikin Airconditioning Solution Plaza again in the future.
