Eldorado Business Tower is an office building which also includes boutiques, restaurants and a fitness gym on its lower floors. It is located in a newly developed urban business area facing Sao Paulo’s busy Marginal Highway.
The high-profile tower was built by Gafisa, one of Brazil’s leading construction companies.
The structure’s green credentials were firmly established in 2010 when it became South America’s first recipient of LEED Platinum certification.
